The advertisement in the Columbian magazine is reproduced as a plate in
_Shakespeare Quaterly_ (Spring 1961) where it is described in a brief
note by James G. McManaway entitled "The First American Engraving of
Shakespeare" (pp. 157-158).
It does show Shakespeare in the Westminster Abbey pose, but with some
variation (e.g. no carved heads at the base of the pedestal).
