I'm curious to know if Bellwood's recent surrender to police (somebody
posted a notice to this list), was in connection with a new round of thefts,
or whether it pertained to his 1996 conviction (a four year sentence) for
cutting plates out of books (only 439 missing plates out of 1,200 stolen
were returned, with net damage of $180,000)?
