I don't know the answer to this yet, but I've just discovered that the 
"Cambrian  News" calls him Joseph Peter Bellwood whereas Scotland Yard and 
all the others think he is Peter Joseph Bellwood.  The "Cambrian News" has 
been known to make the occasional error ...
