Equipment

Hi,

I am replacing some equipment in our Special Collections area and wondered if anyone can give me better recommendations than I've found:

1. I would like to replace our bookends in the oversize area with larger models - The best I've found so far from Highsmith are their Jumbo polyester-coated steel anti-skid model which is 10 1/8" high with an 8" base. These are 18 gauge steel.

2. I'm looking for a small truck suited for transporting material from our stacks area to our reading area for patrons. I was hoping to find one with perhaps a shallow tray design for the top shelf or something with an anti-skid top shelf to keep books from sliding off. [I have been looking at some Rubbermaid carts.]

If you have suggestions, please email me directly if you wish dwess@manta.colostate.edu.

Thank you very much!
