to which I say: I received this email also and deleted it because it came
with an attachment; it might well be legitimate, but then again, it might not:
evildoers (to use Dubya's term) also keep up with the news and are known to take
advantage of any new announcement of this sort -- I regularly receive emails
that purport to come from "Paypal" and delete them all without opening.
