Dear Yvonne,
How good to hear from you. I am so pleased about your good news (I
didn't know). I hope you are looking after yourself, with no
reocurrence of your past illness. Do let me Know when the baby is due,
many congratulations. I hadn't heard about Sarah Mahurter either. I
haven't seen her since our last Committee Meeting in March.
Of course I don't mind if Mark gets in touch with me. It may be a
little difficult in the next month or so, as we have been going down to
Devon pretty regularly. As my mother didn't live in her bungalow in
Buckfast for over five years before she died (she was with us) the
bungalow was in a pretty bad state. We have been doing odd repairs, and
we are now applying for planning permission to the Dartmoor National
Park (it is within its boundaries) for an extension (for my ABC
collection and the rest of our books.)
Eddie had his angiogram today (only an eight month wait) and now has to
have angioplasty (God knows when). We are off to Stratford for a couple
of days next week (Hamlet and King Lear), then when we return, may well
go down to Devon. This house is very warm, and the one in Devon is much
cooler and it will be better for his heart to be cooler.
I am computer-less down there so won't be able to answer any emails
until we return. Why don't you give him my two addresses and telephone
numbers and he can get in touch with me that way if he is in a hurry.

I hope to have my mail transferred, but they usually start it after the
date specified (they say they want five days notice, last time I gave
them eight but I still didn't have it start on time).
Look after yourself my dear, no working too hard.
Keep in touch.
