Re: Position Announcement - Cornell - 40 lbs of dust



The law should be only the applying of common sense in situations where
some attempt to avoid it. Postings to this listserv can make known
failings in the law, if that be your only criterion. But they might also
bring problems to the attention of administrators who may feel that they
do not need laws to teach them how to behave responsibly.
One might picture a SURVIVORS contest among applicants for this
position. It's simple enough to allow that someone was asleep at the job
description switch.
