I hope that Ex-Librans can help me identify a facsimile from the
original. Václav Hájek z Libocan?s Kronyka czeská was originally
printed in Prague in 1541. There was a facsimile reprint done in Prague
in 1819. The copy I have seen has no markings that would allow one to
distinguish the original from the reprint. It is very probable that I
have missed such a distinguishing mark or marks. I did not check the
paper for watermarks; could that be the difference?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
