Everett is my favourite hands down. I've read it half a dozen times. But 
Randall and Magee are right up there. I once had the honour of shaking 
the hand of the late, great, Howard Mott. I asked him if he had known 
Everett, and he snorted that he did, but not all those stories are true. 
Well, if they aren't strictly true, they ought to be.  Steven Temple
