I like John Windle's suggestion about a Wikipedia entry very much,
especially since it looks as if the British Library/Oak Knoll book will
deal only with the 20th century. Wish I had the necessary expertise, but
would be happy to contribute, perhaps something brief on James Toovey,
who plays a role in the PBSA article by Peter Hoare and I that I
mentioned in an earlier post. Germaine
