Bruce: Since you ask for opinions:
I suggest that you make up your mind which pronoun you want to use to
describe yourself.
Your introductory paragraph alone contains four grammatical persons:
you begin with the third person singular (in fact your first sentence
uses the third plural also, implicit in the verbal form: "Books at
Star Dot Star is passionate about books, always *have* been"); you
then switch to the first person singular ("I supply..."), immediately
switching again to the plural ("Our specialties...")
Good points. That's what I get for rushing to get it started.
