Re: More on the Smiley case



I calculate Smiley is "earning"  $314,000 for each
year he has  been sentenced to. ($3M stolen less $1.9M
repayment divided by the 3.5 years of incarceration -
if he even spends the full time behind bars). Doesn't
seem like much of a punishment or deterant.
