It must be Andreas Tiraquellus, whose works in 7 "tomes" are catalogued thus at the BL
TIRAQUELLUS, Andreas. Opera omnia Dn. Andreae Tiraquelli ... jam altera vice recusa. 7 tom. Francofurti ad Monum, 1597. fol.

This appears to be the second edition (altera vice), so there is presumably a first nearer to the date of your book. VD16 perhaps has the answer. I know nothing of Tiraquellus but he seems to have had a ready pen.
