Hello,
I have approximately 25 pounds of books I need to send to a customer in France.  I was wondering if anyone from the list could give me some suggestions....

I have looked into the M-Bag rate via the USPS.....which they quoted me $71.25...

I have looked into UPS... which came to approx be $46.00....

Is there any cheaper services out there?
