Dear Teri Osborn,
please note that a 'Kantoorboekhandel' in most cases sells office supplies
and a very limited range of books. Although some of them may have sold
bookplates (at least, in the past), it seems highly unlikely to me that they
would also sell collections of bookplates and engravings.
Have you considered the possibility that the archival folders containing the
collection may have been purchased in this shop?
Someone else on the list may be able to comment on the age of the stamp,
given the fact that postal codes had not been introduced and phone numbers
in Utrecht had five digits.
