Bruce Rogers, D. B. Updike, Extra Binding

Folks,

I'm looking for published or archival photos of Bruce Rogers that
were taken between about 1896 and 1915 and of D. B. Updike taken
about 1895 or before. I am particularly interested in photos of them
from their time at the Riverside Press. Anyone aware of sources that
have either of these? I do know of a fuzzy photo of Rogers sitting
at his desk at the Riverside Press in the book from the 2007 exhibit
on Rogers at the Gutenberg Museum Mainz.

I am also interested in when the use of the specific bookbinding
phrases "extra binding" and "bound extra" first began being used in
English. Google Book Search have a bookseller's catalogue from 1809
that uses one of the phrases but nothing earlier. OED is not helpful
in this matter. A bookbinders' price list from 1669 uses the term
extraordinary and ordinary in reference to edge decoration but no
where else. Thanks in advance.
