What a great word. Perhaps we can create a neologism
that would be more specific for a hollowed book, e.g.
biblioabditory. Or would that be a place to hide a
book?
I have seen some very creatively used hollowed out
books. For instance cigarettes stored inside a book on
tobacco and a whiskey flask inside a book on the
American Prohibition.
